We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of training programs and services to prospective clients. Your goal will help organizations and individuals enhance their skills and knowledge through high-quality, impactful training courses. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, establishing long-lasting relationships, and contributing to the growth of the business.
Responsibilities- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Understand client training needs and propose suitable programs.
- Present training solutions and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Track and report sales performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and training industry developments.
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in training, education, or a related industry
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage client relationships
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
Those with several year of experiences may be considered for senior position with additional responsibility including supervising the daily sales process, coaching junior representative, and implementing the sales strategy set
