We are looking for a New Homes Sales Executive to join a thriving development in Grimsby. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual to be part of a successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide buyers through the new home purchase process, from initial enquiry to completion
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with potential buyers
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional and welcoming approach
Conduct viewings, present show homes, and provide expert advice on available properties
Keep accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed efficiently and correctly
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in new home sales or a property-related role is preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A proactive and results-driven approach
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work weekends and bank holidays as required
