We are recruiting for a vibrant Sales Executive to join the team in our store in Sandyford, Co. Dublin.

The role comes with a salary OTE circa of €40K+.

Reports To: Store Manager

Job Overview:

The Furniture Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional in store experience for every customer resulting in increased store sales and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Achieve weekly sales targets and be knowledgeable on all store promotions and campaigns.
• Learn and keep updated on all of the company's products and service.
• Contact potential and existing customers by phone or email and provide customers with sale quotes.
• Maintain a good relationship with every customer by providing support, information and guidance.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the store looks presentable at all times.
• Be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales in a commission driven environment (preferred but not essential).
• The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays is required.
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and a willingness to lean new sales software program's.
• The desire to succeed in a sales driven environment is key.
