Sales Executive - New Homes Developer

Location: Castle Donington
Salary: £27,000 basic + commission
Hours: Monday - Friday (typical office hours)

About the Company

Our client is a growing new homes developer with an exciting portfolio of developments in and around Castle Donington. They are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their team and drive sales across their new homes developments.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting and selling new homes to prospective buyers

  • Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and local communities

  • Providing an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process

  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company

About You

  • Ambitious, driven, and target-focused

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in property sales is desirable but not essential

  • Confident in building relationships and negotiating deals
