Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Executive with a proven track record in guiding buyers through their home-buying journey? Do you have the drive, professionalism, and customer focus to represent a respected developer in the Cambridge area?
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious new home developer, for a skilled and motivated New Homes Sales Executive to join their team.
The RoleAs a New Homes Sales Executive, you will be the face of the development, providing a professional and tailored experience for prospective buyers. From initial enquiry through to legal completion, you will play a vital role in supporting customers, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the highest standards of presentation on site.
Responsibilities- Meeting and exceeding sales targets for reservations and completions.
- Delivering an exceptional customer journey, from first contact to handover.
- Managing all sales enquiries effectively, both face-to-face and digitally.
- Ensuring show homes and marketing suites are maintained to the highest standard.
- Liaising with site teams, solicitors, and financial advisors to progress sales efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management.
- Previous experience in New Homes Sales is essential.
- A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Confident IT skills to manage sales systems and reporting.
- Flexibility to work weekends, with days off in lieu.
- Salary dependent upon experience.
- Excellent commission structure with strong earning potential.
