Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a motivated, customer focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the high standards our customers expect and ensuring every visitor to our dealership has an excellent experience.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the Škoda product range
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet team goals
- Ensure compliance with brand and dealership standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3 years previous with a main dealer
- Experience of E-Max and Citnow
- Be enthusiastic, professional, and proactive
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Is eager to learn and develop
