Work Hours and Benefits

The hours of work rotate between 8am 5pm & 9am 6pm Monday to Saturday (9am 5pm Saturdays), with a day off in the week and working 10am 4pm on Sundays on a rota basis. Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £50,000.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Put customer excellence at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring each customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our vehicles fit into their life.
  • Match customers to the right car and ensure they have the features and add ons to suit.
  • Deliver total customer satisfaction from financing to contracts.
  • Build trust, communicate effectively and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
  • Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow up calls, inbound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet enquiries.
  • Maximise profit by achieving the monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add on products.
  • Adhere to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
About You
  • Previous experience as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong rapport building skills and the drive to forge a successful career in the industry.
  • Valid UK driver's licence.
  • Experience in the motor trade, automotive or car dealership is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
