This is a 4 day a week, on-site Sales Executive role located in West Sussex. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating and closing sales deals and providing exceptional customer service. The role will involve working closely with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences, while showcasing the unique features of Antler Homes.
What We Are Looking For
- Sales, customer service and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property sales
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in luxury property sales is a plus
- Must be available to work weekends
