Sales Executive

Location: Witney (hybrid working, 3 days office-based and 2 days working from home)

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (plus performance bonus and strong benefits)

Hours: Full Time (Monday - Friday) with flexible hours

Experience: Sales, Customer Service, Administration, Estate Agents, Housing Associations, Relationship Management, Office Support

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are delighted to be once again working with a well-regarded, independent firm of residential surveyors and valuers operating across Oxfordshire and beyond, to recruit a Sales Executive to join their team. This newly created role will be a heavily customer-facing role, where you will be the first point of contact for clients booking property surveys, providing clear guidance and excellent service throughout the process.

  • Explain differences between each survey type, advise customers on the most suitable option for their needs, and set clear expectations for the day of the survey.
  • Take payments, manage the survey diary efficiently, and ensure all bookings and records are accurate and up to date.
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner, explaining findings sensitively and managing expectations.
  • Support the Office Manager and wider sales team, providing cover during periods of annual leave.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on varied responsibilities; suited to candidates who have a small business mentality.
