What you'll be doing

You'll be trained to know our products inside out and confidently sell them, using the remote selling framework and in home appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on warm sales leads and visit customers in their homes or use remote selling framework.
• Deliver persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
• Educate customers about products and services, think on your feet and cross sell appropriate items.
• Work with customers to meet their unique requirements and ensure jobs are done right the first time.

What we're looking for

Self motivated, confident communicator who can talk to a variety of customers at a senior level.

• Proactive and results driven
• Flexible with varied workloads and working hours
• Capable of providing consistently high level of customer service
• Experienced within Home Improvements or similar (ideal)
• Full UK driving licence and own car
