Car Sales Executive - Prestige Dealership

Watford
£24,000 basic + £60,000 OTE
Full-time Permanent
Mon-Fri: 8:30am-6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm
1 in 3 Sundays: 10:00am-4:00pm

The Role

Our client, a prestige main dealer in Watford, is on the lookout for an experienced Automotive Sales Executive to join their successful and expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a luxury brand, build strong customer relationships, and enjoy excellent earning potential.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
  • Achieving agreed new and used vehicle sales targets
  • Building trust, communicating effectively, and exceeding customer expectations
  • Maintaining and accurately recording all customer contact details
  • Handling customer queries and complaints to meet customer and company standards
  • Responding to enquiries from new and existing customers
  • Developing and maintaining specialist knowledge of the prestige brand's vehicles
Your Background & Skill:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade
  • Ability to follow an established sales process to achieve targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
