Location: South Woodham Ferrers, Essex
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

A growing, family-run business in South Woodham Ferrers is looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their friendly, fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to build strong client relationships and develop a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Generate new leads through research, outreach and follow-up
• Contact both new and existing customers via phone, email and face-to-face
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Prepare and issue accurate quotes and proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle using internal software
• Maintain and update CRM systems with all customer interactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Attend industry trade shows and networking events

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar Sales role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident in managing sales conversations and overcoming objections
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Comfortable using CRM or sales tracking systems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
