Salary:£25,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Hours:42 hrs per week
Charles Hurst is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly and dedicated team on site. Specialising in both new and used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to deliver first-class customer service.
As part of our sales team, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager, who will support your development and help you build your career within the industry. Our onsite sales team includes two Sales Managers, a Business Manager, and six Sales Executives, all committed to supporting you daily.
- Communicating with customers via email, phone, and in person
- Recommending suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying test drives
- Negotiating final sale prices
- Completing sales paperwork
- Creating and maintaining a site parking plan
- Assisting with unloading and parking new/used vehicles
- Preparing cars for technicians in the workshop
- Keeping the customer car park clear
- Maintaining site health and safety standards, including clear roadways and pathways
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You will need to meet targets, so ambition and hard work are essential.
Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
