Sales Executive
OA are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our client's highly successful and growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of the heating, plumbing, and air movement industry.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 20-40 client accounts while proactively generating new business opportunities. With a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, you will handle a high volume of calls, process orders, and support field sales representatives.
Location: Enfield
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Office-based.
Salary: £26,000-£40,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable service to customers, maximizing branch sales and profit.
- Work collaboratively to exceed customer expectations.
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Manage a portfolio of 20-40 client accounts, fostering strong relationships and business growth.
- Proactively generate new business through self-sourcing and outreach.
- Accurately process customer orders to ensure smooth operations.
- Support field sales with account management and sales activities.
- Respond to inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Participate in external meetings with prospective clients, supported by a line manager.
- Demonstrate excellent sales and customer service skills both face-to-face and over the phone.
