Sales Executive - Nestlé Convenience

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive and play a key role in connecting customers with the brands they love, right at the point of purchase
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 to £26,500 per annum + up to 20% bonus + company car
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
Territory: South East and West London - Crystal Palace, Fulham, Battersea, Norbury, Wimbledon
As a Sales Executive, you'll represent leading brands in convenience stores across your assigned territory. Your goal will be to drive sales through excellent in-store execution, building strong relationships, and impactful merchandising. This includes optimizing product placement, creating eye-catching displays, and educating store teams about new products and promotions.
Responsibilities- Visit a set route of stores, executing retail activities to boost product visibility and sales
- Build relationships with in-store decision makers to support product range and availability
- Merchandise shelves, fix out-of-stocks, and ensure promotional materials are correctly placed
- Implement sales strategies like improving shelf layouts, updating pricing labels, or introducing new products
- Share market insights, category data, and brand news with store colleagues
- Capture key data and report using digital tools
- Support brand and store performance through problem-solving, customer service, and commercial thinking
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and proactive problem-solving
- Ability to interpret sales data and act on insights
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in field sales, retail, or merchandising is a plus, but attitude is key
