We're working with a well-established and highly regarded housebuilder who is looking to recruit an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join their development in Worcestershire.

This role would suit a confident, customer-focused sales professional with a strong background in new homes who can deliver an exceptional buyer journey from initial enquiry through to completion.

• Managing the full sales process on-site
• Delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets
• Conducting viewings and managing reservations
• Liaising with solicitors, financial advisors, and internal teams
• Ensuring all sales administration is completed accurately
• Representing the developer professionally at all times

• Previous experience in New Homes sales is essential
• Proven ability to hit targets and work autonomously
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional, approachable, and customer-centric
• Able to hit the ground running on a busy development
