Sales Executive - Wexford

Position Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every customer, resulting in increased store sales and customer loyalty. This role comes with a salary OTE of approximately €40K+.

Reports To

Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly sales targets and stay knowledgeable on all store promotions and campaigns.
• Learn and keep updated on all company products and services.
• Contact potential and existing customers by phone or email and provide sale quotes.
• Maintain a good relationship with every customer by providing support, information and guidance.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the store looks presentable at all times.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in the sales process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales in a commission-driven environment (preferred but not essential).
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new sales software programs.
• Desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
