• Respond to customer questions and problems as soon as possible to deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Shown sales experience with a successful track record of hitting or surpassing goals.
• Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities, as well as the capacity to interact with clients of all levels.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM software is necessary for effective customer relationship management.
• Experience in telemarketing is an asset, displaying your ability to initiate conversations and produce leads.
• English fluency is necessary, however knowing Spanish is ideal if you want to interact with a wider range of customers.
• A proactive mindset and strong organisational abilities that allow you to efficiently handle several duties.
