Snows Toyota is seeking an energetic, focused Sales Executive to join our Southampton showroom. Experience is advantageous, but a willingness to listen, learn, and succeed is essential. You should have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport, and selling our products. Full training will be provided on our cars and systems.

Your DayAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, understanding customer needs, and guiding them towards suitable products and closing sales.
Your daily activities will include:
- Demonstrating suitable options, understanding customer buying strategies, and encouraging test drives.
- Negotiating price, payment, and finance arrangements within company guidelines.
- Participating in training and development to help achieve company goals.
- Coordinating with Sales Administration to ensure product availability, updating customer records, and scheduling vehicle services before delivery.
- Following up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and fostering ongoing relationships.
- Planning and organizing your sales activities, including prospecting via calls.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service.
- Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner with strong communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability.
- Attention to detail and quality of work.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet business needs.
- Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, and web applications.
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 (with 1-hour lunch and a day off during the week)
- Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00 (with 1-hour lunch)
- Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00 (rotational, every 3rd Sunday)
