Arcon Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Sales Executive on behalf of a well-established company based in Sligo.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and an interest in developing a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound customer enquiries by phone and email
• Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Supporting the sales team with administration and follow-up
• Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services
• Updating CRM and customer records accurately
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, sales support, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident dealing with customers over the phone and by email
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well as part of a team
