Snows SEAT & Cupra is looking for an energetic, focused Sales Executive to work in our showroom in Portsmouth. Experience is an advantage, but a willingness to listen, learn, and succeed is essential. You should have a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and selling products. Full training will be provided on our cars and systems.

Your Day

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, understanding customer needs, guiding them towards suitable products, and closing sales.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Demonstrating suitable options to customers, understanding their buying strategies, and encouraging test drives.
  • Negotiating price, payment methods, and finance arrangements within company guidelines.
  • Participating in training and development to support group goals.
  • Liaising with Sales Administration to ensure product availability, updating customer records, and scheduling additional services or work before delivery.
  • Following up each delivery with a personal call to ensure customer satisfaction and building ongoing relationships.
  • Planning and organizing your daily sales activities, including prospecting via phone calls.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other teams for a seamless customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
  • Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines.
  • Quick learner with strong communication skills.
  • Good work ethic and adaptability.
  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, and web applications.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 (1-hour lunch)
  • Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00
  • Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00 (1 in 3 weekends)
