New Homes Sales Executive
Milton Keynes
£30,000 basic Up to £65,000 OTE

We're working with a highly regarded housebuilder who is looking to appoint an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join their team in Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, sales-driven professional who can hit the ground running and deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion.

The Role
  • Managing the full sales process on a busy development
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and meeting sales targets
  • Building strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate sales administration and CRM records
  • Representing the brand professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
  • Strong background in New Homes sales (essential)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Confident, proactive, and highly organised
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of the role
  • Professional, personable, and customer-focused
Working Pattern

Thursday - Monday
1 in 4 weekends off

Package
  • £30,000 basic salary
  • Realistic OTE of up to £65,000
