The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll help customers find the right Mercedes-Benz vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience from first enquiry to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong customer relationships and understand individual needs.
  • Recommend the right vehicle and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Achieve sales targets through excellent customer service and professional negotiation.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Business Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver a premium level of service that encourages repeat business and referrals.

About You

  • 2-3 years' sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Customer-focused with a professional, positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
