New Home Sales Executive - Hull Join a Leading New Homes Developer in Hull

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated New Home Sales Executive to join our client's successful development in Hull.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional with a passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a New Home Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage
• Conducting property viewings and presenting show homes to a high standard
• Achieving sales targets and maximising plot sales opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions
• Representing the developer professionally and positively at all times

Package & Benefits Salary

£25,991 basic salary

Commission

£300 per plot sold

• £200 paid on exchange
• £100 paid on completion

Bonus

Up to £5,250 per year Bonus is based on:

• Achieving sales targets for the development
• HBF customer satisfaction scores

About You

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience in new homes sales or property sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A professional and customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required
• A full UK driving licence
