• Building and establishing new business relationships in the Midlands region.
• Create professional, engaging and interactive presentations to enhance customers' knowledge of the company's direct mail products and solutions and bring them fresh ideas.
• Using a variety of resources, including networking through professional organisations, identify and qualify prospects.
• Actively strengthen and manage existing customer relationships.
• Providing extraordinary customer service throughout the sales process.
