Job Summary

Snows BYD Basingstoke is seeking an energetic and focused Sales Executive to join our showroom in Basingstoke. Experience is advantageous, but a willingness to listen, learn, and succeed is essential. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport, and selling our products. Full training will be provided on our vehicles and systems.

Your Daily Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, understanding customer needs, guiding them to the most suitable products, and closing sales.

  • Demonstrate suitable options, understand customer buying strategies, and encourage test drives.
  • Negotiate price, payment methods, and finance options within company guidelines.
  • Participate in training and development to support company goals.
  • Coordinate with Sales Administration to ensure product availability, update records, and schedule vehicle services or additional work.
  • Follow up post-delivery with a personal call to ensure customer satisfaction and foster future business.
  • Plan and organize daily sales activities, including prospecting via calls to previous, existing, or potential customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide excellent customer service.
Candidate Requirements
  • Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines.
  • Quick learner with strong response skills.
  • Work ethic, adaptability, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to organizational and market changes.
  • Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, and web applications.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 (standard day off in the week)
  • Saturday 08:30 - 17:00
  • Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 (rota basis)
