About the role

Our rapid growth has been driven by a consultative sales approach. The Elder way involves no cold calling and no hard selling; all inquiries are warm and inbound.

Our sales method focuses on building relationships based on mutual respect and understanding. We analyze our customers' mindsets and needs, helping them consider all options and advising more than we sell.

What you'll be responsible for

As a Sales Executive at Elder, you will directly engage with families inquiring about our service. You will empathetically understand their situations and present Elder as a fitting solution, only if appropriate.

An analytical and driven mindset is essential, offering you scope to influence and shape the future of the business.

• Consulting inbound customers through their decision-making process
• Managing a large pipeline at various stages of the buying journey
• Maintaining accurate data using
• Achieving monthly KPIs

Requirements

• Highly driven with a focus on execution, urgency, and alignment with our mission
• Meticulous planning skills to execute strategies effectively
• Proven success in achieving KPIs
• Enjoys tackling challenging problems and finding optimal solutions
• Engages with customers professionally and respectfully
• Energetic, positive, enthusiastic, and creative in approach
• Available to work Saturday and Sunday, with a flexible schedule of 3, 4, or 5 days per week
