Sales Engineering Manager - AI Platform Demos & Strategy

Harness is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to lead a world-class SE team, while staying hands-on for key integrations and demos. You will guide technical evaluations, enable customer success across Harness engagements, and partner with Sales to steer customers toward a commercial relationship.

You will recruit, coach, and grow the SE team, drive regional strategic projects, and represent Harness at events as a credible technical voice.
