We're Hiring: Enablement Coordinator (Global Events & Training)

We're looking for a highly organised Enablement Coordinator to help power our global training programs and in person events. You'll be at the centre of it all-making sure the right people, places, and schedules come together seamlessly to deliver impactful enablement experiences.
What you'll be doing:- Orchestrating logistics for global in person trainings and enablement events
- Owning and maintaining a complex, multi region enablement calendar
- Managing venue bookings, scheduling, and facilitator coordination
- Partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Leadership
- Keeping everything (and everyone) aligned, on track, and running smoothly
- Thrives in fast paced, high growth tech environments
- Is exceptionally organised and detail oriented
- Can confidently manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Communicates clearly across teams, levels, and time zones
- Takes a proactive, solutions first approach
