Sales-Driven Training & Recruitment Advisor

Bath College is recruiting a Training & Recruitment Advisor (Employer Engagement) on a permanent, full-time basis. The role combines sales, recruitment and employer engagement to build apprenticeship opportunities at our Dual Campus. It is a 37-hour week, 52 weeks per year position reporting to Ebner Heatley.

You'll manage your own pipeline, work with employers and candidates, and hit clear performance targets while contributing to a high-energy recruitment team.
