For the high achiever, success will lead to promotion to Managing Director.

The selected candidate will be expected to apply their wealth of knowledge and experience within the printing industry to further improve the company's position in the market, achieving enviable profit margins and a loyal customer base. You must be passionate about the industry to deliver the highest standard of service and achieve the best results.

Responsibilities

• Review the sales strategy, systems and performance management criteria.
• Use strong sector and customer insight to develop new and existing markets.
• Work in partnership with the executive board to deliver business objectives in line with company ethics.

Qualifications

• An accomplished sales & marketing leader, with exemplary track record of developing performing sales teams.
• Outstanding and charismatic, with a sound understanding of SME business culture.
• Commercially minded with the gravitas and intellect to add real value to the senior team.
