We are working with a well-established creative production group seeking a Sales Director to lead their signage division. This is a rare opportunity for someone with both commercial acumen and operational experience to take a hands-on, end-to-end role - from client acquisition, site surveys, and project management to supplier management and delivery oversight.

Role and responsibilities

• Own and grow the signage division, taking over from the previous Sales Director and driving strategy, revenue, and operations.
• Lead projects end-to-end, from client acquisition and site surveys to supplier management and delivery, leveraging your industry network.
• Collaborate with business partners across exhibitions, museums, heritage, and events to maximize opportunities and cross-divisional growth.
• Shape and scale the team, making key decisions that define the division's future and operational approach.
