As the Sales Director, you will:

• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Sales Director should have:

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role.
• A strong commercial background where you can demonstrate a clear track record of success
• B2B Sales experience, preferably into the SME sector
• A background in areas such as IT, Media or Business Services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to drive results.
• Proficiency in analysing data and generating actionable insights.
• Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• An ability or willingness to work from their Yorkshire office
• Knowledge of sales tools and CRM software.
