I am working with a European headquartered, highly acquisitive, PE backed SaaS business. Having enjoyed many years of significant annual double-digit sales growth, they have attracted significant institutional investment.
As the company continues to grow, they are hiring a Sales Director to play a key role in building, scaling, and leading their newly established Sales Hub. This greenfield initiative is a unique opportunity to shape and structure a high-impact, cross-functional commercial centre from the ground up.
Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for the full setup and ongoing leadership of a centralised team of SDRs, BDRs, Inside Sales, Digital Marketing, and Revenue Ops professionals.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Build and lead the new Sales Hub from the ground up
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing team across SDR (Inbound & Outbound), Inside Sales, Digital Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Drive qualified pipeline generation across all core territories for the business
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Country Sales leaders to define and execute scalable lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Align Hub operations with partner and indirect channels, ensuring proper handoff and collaboration.
- Act as a strategic leader in the evolution of the business
The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience working for a B2B SaaS business, where you will have run large outbound teams. You will have strong leadership experience, where you will be familiar with utilising AI tools to effectively lead outreach. In addition to this, you will have had experience working alongside marketing, product, and revenue ops to fine tune outbound pitching.
