Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to lead a large field sales team in a high growth business.


This role requires a strong sales leader who is able to be both strategic and hands-on, out in the field motivating the team and developing relationships with new customers.



Responsibilities

  • Driving sales performance through business development.
  • Recruit and coach a team to network and self-generate leads.
  • Increase sales performance by providing clarity on KPI's and targets for team.
  • Identify, understand and resolve issued to maximise sales.
  • Work with existing customers to review existing products and identify opportunities to sell additional or more appropriate products and services.
  • Understand the market to ensure pricing is competitive.
  • Network to gain market intelligence and generate sales leads.



Required Skills and Experience

  • Senior sales leader from a B2B Solution Selling business.
  • New business development background, with HUNTER mentality.
  • KPI Driven Leadership Style - used to over-achieving against targets.
  • Track record of improving results month by month.
  • Enjoy challenges and adapts to change, consistently demonstrates energy and leads by example.
  • Excellent at networking to aid lead generation.
  • Detailed oriented person who takes responsibility for maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to develop, manage, track, and close sales and pipeline opportunities
  • Motivated, self- reliant, ambitious, and looking to join a team with significant growth aspirations.
