Sales Director - South East England - £65-125k basic

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Gather performance data and create reports for senior management and shareholders.
• Use knowledge of the industry and markets to identify growth opportunities, forecast sales predictions and monitor market shifts.
• Analyze trends, conduct market monitoring and track results to avoid stagnation.
• Own profit and loss and provide direction to the sales team.
• Maintain close, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Motivate and cooperate with the team, acting as a persuasive leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience within a packaging firm.
• Experience at a senior sales level in a business with turnover between £5 M and £10 M.
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to analyze data.
• Experience managing profit and loss and providing direction to a sales team.
