About the Role

Nexxen is hiring a Sales Director in London to help build and scale our Smart TV / sales organization. This is a senior, revenue-driving role for experienced media sellers with deep relationships across OEMs, streaming platforms, and endemic brand advertisers.

Nexxen is first to market offering premium Smart TV home screens and native OEM inventory programmatically; unlocking high-impact placements that have historically been available only via direct IO. This role will be foundational in scaling that programmatic-first approach and driving meaningful net-new and expansion revenue.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of media sales experience, with direct exposure to Smart TV, CTV, OEM, or platform-level monetization.

What You'll Do
  • Own and grow a Smart TV / OEM business driving both new logo acquisition and expansion revenue.
  • Partner with sellers on dual-headed sales calls, but you own this product. This is an SME role.
  • Sell high-impact Smart TV native, home screen, and premium CTV solutions, with a focus on programmatic execution in addition to direct IO.
  • Evangelize Nexxen's first-to-market programmatic Smart TV inventory, educating agencies and clients on how to activate these placements at scale.
  • Lead senior level sales conversations with:
    • Agencies and brands.
    • Endemic brand advertisers across entertainment, streaming, gaming, and tech.
  • Represent the Smart TV business at key industry moments such as CES, Upfronts/NewFronts, and client events.
Who You Are
  • 10+ years of experience in media, ad tech, CTV, or platform sales.
  • Proven success selling OEM, Smart TV, CTV, or platform-level inventory.
  • Strong, active relationships with SVOD, FAST, PVOD, Theatrical, and Gaming clients are a must.
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Smart TV ecosystems and programmatic and direct buying models.
    • Home screen and native monetization.
    • High-impact, premium ad formats.
  • Builder mindset - excited to help scale a first-of-its-kind programmatic Smart TV offering.
  • Comfortable operating at a senior level and influencing strategy with sales team and leadership.
