Job Title: Sales Director - Premium Packaging

Are you a senior sales leader with a passion for premium packaging and a proven ability to drive commercial growth?

We are working with an established cartons manufacturer that is investing heavily in the expansion of its luxury packaging division. As part of this exciting next phase, they are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Sales Director to lead the development and execution of their commercial strategy within the luxury sector.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a premium client base across sectors such as cosmetics, spirits, fashion, and high end FMCG.
• Develop the sales strategy from the ground up, identifying key market opportunities, opening new doors, and forging long term partnerships with luxury brands.
• Work closely with production and design teams to deliver tailored, high end cartonboard packaging solutions that meet the exacting standards of premium clients.
• Report directly to the Managing Director and help shape the commercial direction of the division.
• As the team expands, take on leadership responsibilities-hiring, mentoring, and motivating a sales function that reflects the company's commitment to quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of success in the luxury or premium packaging industry.
• Deep understanding of the demands and trends of the luxury market, along with a strong network across relevant sectors.
• Strategic thinker and hands on commercial leader, confident in opening high value accounts and closing complex deals.
