About the Role

A full-service marketing communications agency situated in the heart of London is looking for a senior manager to act as the forefront of their sales team. The client works with many industry leaders to help them deliver innovative creative initiatives that connect them to their customers. Creativity lies at the heart of the organisation; the candidate must be innovative, think outside the box, and be passionate, multi disciplined.

Responsibilities
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders and build long term sustainable relationships with market leading organisations.
  • Develop and manage a successful, prosperous sales team.
  • Spot, recruit and nurture talent to become strong salespeople.
  • Analyse market trends, monitor market changes and track results to optimise the client's longevity and prosperity.
  • Forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace and develop a strategy for achieving objectives.
  • Act as a sales director, driving the organisation forward and ensuring the sales team delivers on expectations.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the printing, packaging or paper sectors (ideal if from large format printing).
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a proven track record of sales forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute a strong plan for client development.
  • Experience in building and leading a sales team.
