Our client specializes in providing efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective near-shore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Managed Services to the world's largest financial institutions. Backed by an ambitious growth plan, this is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a small, dynamic team and lead business development across global markets.

The Opportunity: Our client's business unit focuses on serving the KYC, AML, Compliance & Risk departments of major global financial institutions through transformation projects, remediation programs, and highly qualified team augmentation. With an ambitious growth plan and a new expansion strategy underway, this role is critical to their continued success. As a Sales Director, you will be instrumental in scaling the business, leveraging your expertise to secure new client partnerships and expand the company's global footprint. You will be joining a culture that values efficiency, performance, and continuous innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business development initiatives for FinCrime Managed Services across global markets to both new and existing clients.
  • Articulate the value proposition of near-shore BPO services for KYC, AML, compliance and credit risk functions.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within financial institutions (banks, asset managers and/or insurance companies, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams to put together strong commercial bids.
About You
  • You are an experienced and proven sales professional with a strong track record in selling services (consultancy, managed services, BPO, etc.) and/or enterprise technology solutions to financial institutions.
  • Ideally you possess domain knowledge of FinCrime, specifically KYC, AML, compliance, and credit risk management.
  • You are a self-starter, capable of working independently within a small, agile sales team to make a significant impact.
