The role: As our Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of building and executing a world-class outbound sales engine. This role is crucial in driving revenue channels from crafting compelling messaging to setting impactful sales meetings. You'll actively contribute to the sales pipeline, ensuring our outbound processes are not only effective but also scalable. You'll be joining one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world and will get the chance to be part of growing Tracksuit in the UK market, gaining a huge amount of exposure to not only our business but also how a rapidly growing sales function operates. Our SDRs have the scope to bring creativity and innovation into starting conversations with some of the most unique B2C businesses in the world - people want to talk to us! Tracksuit is a tool, but more than that, it's a community for brand marketers and ambitious growth leaders. The human who thrives in this role should be incredibly excited about connecting with top brands and agencies worldwide to help shape modern consumer companies. Our SDRs are key to an effective and efficient sales team - you optimize where our Account Executives focus their attention. You will be supported by a high-energy, friendly yet effective sales team, with mentorship and coaching from some of the best salespeople in the industry! You will be responsible for:
  • Developing a best-in-class outbound sales engine to ensure outbound remains a major revenue channel for Tracksuit
  • Building lead lists as required
  • Designing sequences and messaging to engage prospects effectively - applying your creative thinking and innovation to uncover new growth and sales opportunities
  • Conducting scheduled outreach activities to prospects via emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression. Generating regular reports and analyses to track sales performance and identify key areas for improvement, using data to uncover market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Working closely with and reporting to our Sales Manager (UK).
  • Proven experience in a sales development role - preferably in SaaS, MarTech, advertising, or media sales.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams (Customer, Product, Research, Marketing & Engineering).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), driven and engaged.
  • Experience with sales tools to optimize outbound activities.
  • Proven success in achieving targets.
  • Thoughtful, kind, and empathetic.
  • Activity-based and goal-oriented mindset.
