What you'll be doing (in a nutshell):

The SDR team at Perkbox Vivup is the engine room of the go-to-market function. As an integral part of the London team, you'll generate new business opportunities that drive pipeline growth across the EMEA region. You'll work with both Marketing-generated inbound and self-generated outbound leads to create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. Your prospecting will involve various channels to share our employee value proposition, handling objections confidently and explaining the impact Perkbox Vivup can have on employees.

Day-to-day you can expect to:

  • Proactively source new outbound leads.
  • Generate interest in Perkbox Vivup using email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Book and qualify calls with prospects to uncover needs and determine opportunities.
  • Communicate our value proposition clearly and navigate objections effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Schedule demos of the Perkbox Vivup platform for qualified prospects.
  • Ensure smooth lead handover and update Salesforce with accurate data.
  • Collaborate with the SDR team, sharing best practices and supporting continuous learning.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year of sales-related experience
  • Strong communication skills - confident and clear in outbound calls and emails
  • Goal-oriented - motivated to meet or exceed targets
  • Proactive attitude - able to identify opportunities and stay resilient
  • Research skills - capable of identifying potential leads within target markets
  • Interest in sales and business development - eager to learn sales techniques and support the sales team
