Sales Development Representative Intern

Our SDR team prospects into enterprise organizations across the EU region, helping customers address cybersecurity challenges and strengthen their cyber resilience.
In this role, you will engage with customers and lead discovery conversations to understand their current challenges and identify how Cohesity can add value to their environment and business outcomes.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:- Collaborate with team members to build and refine outbound prospecting lists.
- Identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Create and execute multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct discovery calls to assess prospective needs and introduce Cohesity solutions.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
- Qualify leads using predefined criteria and book meetings for Account Executives to progress opportunities.
- Work closely with account executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
- Develop deep knowledge of Cohesity's platform to confidently communicate our value proposition.
- Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are highly valued.
- Proficiency in French, German, Swedish, Italian, or Arabic will be considered a strong advantage, given the global nature of the role.
- Required to attend the Blanchardstown Dublin office Monday to Friday.
- Enthusiasm for sales, with ideally 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools.
- Experience with researching companies, cold calling, emailing, and navigating organizational hierarchies.
- Confident in making cold calls and handling objections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Receptive to coaching and continuous feedback.
- High level of grit and perseverance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative, team-first attitude with a willingness to share knowledge and best practices.
- Self-motivated with a focus on learning and career development.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- College or bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support high-quality decision-making.
