Our AI lawyer Lawrence is built on top of our own fine tuned LLM and recently passed the UK's bar exam equivalent.

The opportunityWe're hiring an experienced Sales Development Lead to help us scale our top-performing SDR team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a fast-growing startup at a pivotal moment with the chance to make a huge impact on how we grow, coach, and promote top-tier sales talent.
At Lawhive, the SDR function is the heart of our commercial growth engine. We hire AEs exclusively from within the SDR team, so this role is critical to our talent pipeline and future revenue success.
You'll report directly to the Head of Sales and take ownership of coaching, developing and scaling a high-performing team of SDRs. You'll also help shape the systems, processes, and culture of a function that's growing fast.
What you'll be doingLeading, coaching and mentoring a growing team of SDRs to consistently hit and exceed targets
Designing and owning onboarding, enablement and ongoing training programs
Supporting SDRs with day-to-day performance management, call coaching, and development plans
Partnering closely with Sales Leadership to align on pipeline quality, conversion metrics and hiring plans
Driving a culture of accountability, curiosity, and high performance within the team
Analysing performance data and CRM activity to identify coaching opportunities and process improvements
Working with Marketing and Product to optimise messaging, ICP definition, and outreach strategies
Helping shape career progression pathways from SDR to AE, and beyond
You have previous experience leading a successful SDR team in a fast-paced sales environment
You're passionate about coaching and know how to develop early-career talent into confident sales performers
You bring a structured, data-informed approach to pipeline building and outbound prospecting
You're energised by the pace and ambiguity of startups and know how to build while delivering results
You're collaborative, action-oriented, and always raising the bar for what good looks like
Experience in legaltech or selling into professional services is a plus, but not essential
