Sales Co-Ordinator - Full Time Kilrea

Riada Resourcing is proud to be partnering with a market-leading supplier of high-quality power tools and equipment to recruit a motivated and customer-focused Sales Co-ordinator to join a well-established business based in Kilrea on a permanent basis.

This is a varied role combining sales, customer service and administration. You will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations and providing customers with information and advice across a wide range of power tools, hand tools, machinery, equipment and associated products.

The role would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong organisational skills and is comfortable working within a busy sales environment. An interest in power tools, DIY, construction, engineering or trade products would be particularly beneficial.

The position will be primarily based in Kilrea, although some flexibility to travel to other company stores will be required to provide holiday cover, assist with stock issues or support operational requirements when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
  • Process orders and prepare quotations.
  • Provide product, pricing and stock information.
  • Follow up sales enquiries and quotations.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
  • Liaise with warehouse, purchasing and delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
  • Assist with stock queries and movements.
  • Provide occasional cover at other stores when required.

Essential

  • Previous sales, customer service or administration experience.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident dealing with customers.
  • Ability to work in a busy team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to other stores occasionally.

Desirable

  • Experience within power tools, hardware, engineering, construction or a trade environment.
  • Knowledge or interest in power tools and equipment.
  • Experience with quotations, sales orders or stock systems.
