Sales Compensation Systems Lead - ICM & Analytics

Intapp is seeking a Senior Finance Operations Analyst, Sales Compensation, to own the ICM platform configuration and quarterly payouts. You will translate compensation plans into auditable system logic, manage crediting rules, quotas, payouts, and reporting, and collaborate with Finance, IT, Payroll and HR to ensure data integrity.

This role requires hands-on experience with sales compensation platforms and Workday, plus strong SQL and data integration skills in a SOX compliant environment.
