Sales Compensation Lead - Payouts & Analytics

Google Ireland is seeking a Sales Compensation Administration Manager to join the Sales Compensation team. You will define and administer Go to Market plans, calculate and process Sales Bonus, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payouts across large data sets.

The role requires cross functional partnership with Sales, Finance, HR and Legal, strong data analysis, and experience handling complex attainment and payout cases.
