Sales Associate

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them in finding the perfect timepiece or jewellery.
• Provide product knowledge and educate customers on the unique features and craftsmanship of our watches and jewellery.
• Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing display of products.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, fostering a loyal customer base.
• Attend exclusive brand training sessions in London, Switzerland and online.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to provide informed recommendations.

Who you are:

• Have previous experience in retail sales, particularly in watches and jewellery although not mandatory, or come from a sales or hospitality background.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a passion for luxury watches and jewellery.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have attention to detail, and a keen sense of aesthetics.
• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
