We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Sales Associate to join a contemporary luxury fashion brand within a prestigious Central London retail environment. Known for its refined aesthetic, exceptional fabrics, and modern approach to ready-to-wear, the brand offers an elevated shopping experience built around craftsmanship, styling expertise, and long-term client relationships.
As a Sales Associate, you will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering a highly personalised service while contributing to the commercial success of the boutique. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients, and has a genuine passion for fashion and styling.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through personalised styling, product expertise, and attentive service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international clientele, developing a loyal and engaged client book
- Proactively engage in clientelling activities including outreach, appointment setting, and follow-ups to drive repeat business
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall boutique performance and team KPIs
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of collections, fabrics, fits, and craftsmanship to confidently guide clients through purchases
- Support visual merchandising standards to ensure the boutique reflects the brand's aesthetic and maintains a refined presentation
- Assist with stock management including replenishment, deliveries, and maintaining an organised stockroom
- Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system and utilise data to drive personalised service
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture by supporting colleagues and maintaining a positive, professional environment
- Previous experience within luxury or premium fashion retail
- A strong passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional service
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and develop a personal client base
- Commercially aware with the ability to work towards and exceed sales targets
- Confident, personable, and proactive in engaging with clients
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
