Sales Assistant

Red Chair Recruitment is hiring a personable and customer-focused Sales Assistant for a client based in Tralee, Co. Kerry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, works well in a fast paced retail setting, and is passionate about delivering excellent service.

While experience in bathrooms, stoves, tiles, plumbing, or a similar environment is an advantage, full training will be provided.

• Assist and advise customers in the showroom in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product guidance on tiles, stoves, and bathroom solutions
• Process sales, orders, and quotations accurately
• Handle cash and card transactions
• Maintain visually appealing showroom displays
• Support stock control and inventory management

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills and basic IT proficiency
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with occasional Saturday work. Salary ranges from €32,000 to €35,000, plus a competitive bonus structure. If you're interested, please send your CV or call Laura on for further information about the role.
